(2) 340 engines (1) 727 trans
« on: May 11, 2013 - 01:10:02 PM »
Ok, since my 440 blown engine is almost complete, time to sell the 340 in the car and a spare I had redone from another project car which I'm going a modern route on.

The one out of my Cuda is complete, carb, hooker headers, small cam, little head work, strong runner. About 1,500 miles on it total. (Car does not get driven much, garage queen). Asking $2500

Other is a fresh 340, 0 miles on it, been sitting for 2 years and never cranked. This is just a complete long block only. Everything is basically stock. Asking 1,500.

727 trans is rebuilt as well and was going to go with the stock long block. Been sitting the same amount of time right beside the engine, wrapped up and on a pallet.

I will ship and pick up. They are at my office in Houston and have a forklift and all that for loading. If you want it shipped. I get great deals since we ship so much for oil and has companies, and will put it on a pallet and wrap it up for you. I will not ship until payment is verified, if you are not happy with the parts, I will gladly refund the money, no harm no foul.

I will also try and get some pictures tomorrow as soon as I get to my office to post.

If you need to get a hold of me, either email

Paul@pdsbartech.com

Or message me here.

Thanks!

No, the 340 in my Cuda is a 70 I believe and the stock is a 77 I think. I can find out more for you tomorrow when I get back to my office.

I have a guy coming next week from Houston to buy my two 1973 Cuda/barracuda body's. I was going to put that cash into getting all my body work straight. But this is tempting...

I just had my spare 727 rebuilt and it will  be going in before too long. My 70 runs and drives as it is now with the 318, but it's no 340. My plan was to get the body straight and look for a 340 next year when my work bonus comes around. I'm torn and the car runs now.T hus, it would seem as though the body work is more important. What to do, haha

I took some pictures, for some reason it's not letting me post them. If anyone likes I could email them to you. Shoot me an email.

Paul@pdsbartech.com

Sorry it's taken so long for me to get it done. Been super busy with work and just had new born twins that is sure taking up a lot of my time (and money)
