Help me ID this mirror please
« on: June 25, 2012 - 10:36:13 PM »
I am in the process of collecting parts for my build and this mirror is non remote and I am trying to see what it is. I have looked at pics of 71+ with both screws in it, and this mirror only has one through the top and 2 under the cover. I want to get a 70 remote mirror to match my car but I think my door is a later door, can someone share the specs of the bolt spacing
this is what I have thanks

That mirror never originally came on an e-body, can't tell you what it came from.

Looks like a cheap aftermarket piece.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

If there is a ball pivot at the bae of the mirror housing then it's an aftermarket piece.

Don't have a '70, I have a '72 and I couldn't get to the driver's side but the passenger side is 6 3/8".

It's an aftermarket piece. I had a pair on my car through the mid-80s.
