is this a members car?

a friend of mine is out in boston he posted this pic to his facebook page.  its a hemi cuda convertible.  we were debating if its a clone or not etc etc and it occurred to me this might be a members car who could give me the low down.

I'm around the Boston area and I don't recall ever seeing that Cuda on this site nor at any car shows in the area.  I would remember the Magnum 500s as so many cars, especially Hemi cars usually have Rallye rims for stock rims.
