the 12v feed , blue wire to the voltage reg & ballast is not powered in acc position , , a small gauge wire from that to the relay will switch the relay for the fuel pump .
I am trying to figure out the ammeter wiring , you need to run the blue field wire for the alt through the kill switch so when the power is killed the ammeter shuts down , the charging wire should still connect as usual . the blue field wire at the kill switch will also power the fuel pump relay as that si the switched circuit you need for the pump .
