oil pressure gage fittings

I recently bought an Auto Meter oil pressure gage and it comes with 1/8" nylon tubing. but it only provides a brass compression sleeves. I thought a nylon sleeve and brass insert were more appropriate for nylon tubing but I can't find them in 1/8" anywhere. I may or may not use the gage 'forever' so for now I'd prefer the nylon tubing over copper. Any thoughts or experience with this issue?

never had a leak using a brass compression sleeve with nylon tube , but then I stay away from nylon tube , prefer copper as it s less likely to split or get cut
