I'm wondering if this car was an Australian export?   It keeps coming back around like a boomerang?

I went back and watched the pilot episode of Nash Bridges. In that episode Nash's partner asks him what kind of car it is and he tells him that it is a 1970 hemi cuda. If they went through all the trouble of making a 1970 look like a 1971, why would they then admit on the show that it was a 1970? Doesn't make sense to me.

I was a fan of the TV show Nash Bridges. I don't understand because a car was used on a TV show that some people think it should be worth a lot  of money.What value does that bring to a car?Is there a red book out showing the values of famous cars that were in movies or on TV.Do people drive around in these cars with a sign attached to it stated what is was used in.Hey look there goes that truck that was used in"Lassie". I don't get it.
