Idle Mixture Adjusting in on its Own
« on: July 28, 2012 - 07:01:22 PM »
The drivers side idle mixture screw is working its way in when I drive the car.  It has done this multiple times over the past several weeks.  Has anyone else had this problem and what can I do to fix it?

A drop of green loctite will keep it from moving until you want it to. It is designed
precisely for apps like this. You apply the drop on the edge of the threads and it creeps in.
But you can easily overcome the resistance when needed. If you move the threads then
you would need to reapply another drop or two.
If I cant fix it, it's broke
