    Best product for putting over surface rust under headliner

    Do I remove it by sanding or just coat it? It's not pitted just a little dusty I guess should I wore brush it and use por15?

    Do you brush it on or spray it? How are you supposed to preP it?

    I sanded mine with d-a.. then brushed on por-15.

    Rust Bullet - quick cleanup and brush it on.  This stuff is fantastic!
