Bullitt- I  clicked on the link you have in your post and it says the '74 went for $50,600.

I also read where the '70 "Cuda Venom" that sold for $160 had receipts for over $200K  included. Not a great investment if that is true.

Ive never seen a 74 360 challenger, no matter what condition, sell for that kind of money.

Something funny going on. I clicked on Bullit's link this morning and it said 29,700 and now it says 50,600  :clueless:

I know sometimes if the bidding does hit reserve, it will leave the stage unsold only for the owner/bidder to come to an agreement after it's appearance.
I wonder if this is what happened here? but, seems like a hugh difference at $30K.

The only thing I can think that might have happened was maybe there was some confusion on the bidding the first time it went through and they ran it back through after the realized they didn't have a real bidder.  The slot numbers indicate it was not very far apart went it went over the block.  Just a guess.  Wouldn't be the first time a drunk guy spent more then he had been approved for. 
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.
