new rolling stock for my 73 chally
« on: October 31, 2012 - 04:25:34 PM »
I have a 73 chally headed into the body shop for hail damage, i want to have new wheels and tires ready for it when it comes out.  The wheels i found that i really like are 15x8  with 3.75 backspacing, given those dimensions, what size tires can i run?  i have stock suspension, and i dont want to have to relocate leaf springs or roll my fenders, any info would be helpful, thanks so much!

265 x 50 or 60 series depending on how tall of a tire you want. I run 275 with 4" BS and it is about as close as I want to the fender lip.
