Rear Package Tray with Rear De Fogger Question

Are the reproduction package trays available, already pre cut out to accept the rear de-fogger housing that mounts onto it?

Or do you have to cut the slot out yourself for it to be installed?

Don't think I have seen any tray with precut hole.
Doesn't need to be so perfect since the grille have an edge that covers the area around the hole.
I took the back seat out and layed the tray in place, used a pencil and marked the hole from underneath.

They do not come pre cut for the defogger.

Was it possible to get the rear window de-fogger option without the rear speaker option?
