windshield stainless trim clips

Should there be trim clips in the upper corners of the windshield opening? I don't have any there. It looks like a large open space that should have a clip. I've got a couple old clips that have a screw in them. Where did the ones that screw to the car go?

None in the corners, but they are about 3 to 4 inches from the corners, on the striaght runs.

Just checked mine and none in the corner. From the middle of the corner the 1st one along the top is 120mm away and the 1st one down the side is 220mm away. I also have a couple of clips with screws in and don't know where they go.
