Rear Brake issue

My rear brakes on my AAR are draging, feels like an ancor tied to back. I'm ready to pull out what hair i have left out  trying to figure this thing out. I've replaced rear wheel cylinders. Is it possible the rear brake hose is the problem? I don't want to keep throwing money at it trying to find the problem. If anyone can give me things to look for would be a big help right now

I'll be watching this thread.  My passenger rear drum gets super hot but the other side is ok.

Have you replaced any of your brake hardware...springs.....clips...brake adjuster star wheel?

Yes, the rear hose could be bad and not letting the fluid back through...holding the brakes on.  The first thing I'd do is make sure the brakes are assembled correctly.  If you are experienced in this I'll assume they are assembled right.  If not, post a pic and we can tell you if they are assembled correctly.  Whenever you do a rear brake job, it's good to replace all the springs.  Hardware kits are cheap.

This happened to me many years ago.  My parking brake cables were slightly hanging up but I didn't realize this at first.  I finally realized that the cables were not releasing and I replaced them.  Problem solved.  Not saying this is your problem but it's worth checking. 

Rubber hose above the axle is a likely culprit too.  Those hoses are inexpensive and easy to change.

Double check your e-brake cables.

E-Brake cables were the culprit. All is good and thanks for the replies guys it sure helped pinpoint the problem

  Sometimes the problem is that the self adjusters ratchet up too much and, or, one side more than the other. It's the teeth/ lever area that wears. Wheel cylinders get sticky when old and over extended, so buy new ones all the time with the hardware kits and hose. Springs go a few times, but the pins are cheap to replace if bent or rusty. Clean and paint the E-brake levers and backing plate too.

I replaced the wheelcylinders and all hardware a little over a year ago. E-Brake seemed a little lose to me so i adjusted it up. Come to find i adjusted it appartly too much  My own stupid mistake but all is well now  thanks to you guys
