69 X Head 340 w/ 727

There's a possibility that I might sell my 340. As the title says, 69 X Head, bored 30 over, very mild build that can pretty much be considered stock. Came from a Dart GTS. Running well when pulled.

The transmission was built by a trans shop south of Toledo and sold on ebay. I was told it had a mild shift kit and based on how it shifts I think this is probably true. The trans has some minor leaks, I think from the shift shaft seal.

So, any idea what this combo would be worth? And, any idea what it would be worth to a GTS owner; in this year the block has a full VIN stamp)?

Since it is an A body vin, I would try posting a WIW over on FABO. http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/index.php

There are many there that own GTS's and you might find the future owner of the engine.

I'm a member there so if your not I would be glad to post it on that website.

Thanks, Hunter. I've already posted it on the GTS registry, and I think the guy there was hinting that he'd like to have it. FABO sounds like it could get good info too, though. If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to get that info.

This is from memory, but I think it's LS23P9B158158. The original car was wrapped around a telephone pole, so I don't think the original owner is anywhere looking for it, but another GTS owner might want it.
