Theoretical ABS question
« on: October 02, 2012 - 03:39:55 PM »
not entirely theoretical, as it's a car I'm actually working on

My niece was in a car which hit in the left front. After the hit the ABS light was on.

1) What things could cause this?
2) I know that the WSS don't kick in picking up the tone ring signal until after about 5 mph. Given that, I'm assuming that the light won't reset if we just plugged in another ABS module to test it, without actually driving the car. Am I correct?
