First Snow!
« on: October 06, 2012 - 09:36:32 PM »
I've been kinda busy so now I can post. This is what we woke up to on Oct 4. It's a rude awaking of what's to come for us. Welcome to North Dakota. Just last week it was in the 80's and now this!

WOW,
and it was 85 degrees yesterday here in Virginia! Cold front comes thru tonight and it will only be in the 60's next week. But I like the cooler temps, but you can keep the snow!!  :smilielol:

:pullinghair: I'm not ready for this stuff yet ken,it's gonna be a loong winter.my nine year old son you and nancy met at mopars in the park had his final champion football game saturday and we had a few flurries during the game and i just had a summer jacket on,no gloves or hat and froze my butt off.the wind was wicked making it really cold.

better break out the shovel soon,i hoping we have the same type of winter we had last year where i didn't have to shovel once.  :bananasmi

Now no one shoot me or anything but I changed a wheel cylinder on the work van today and while I had the tires off bleeding the brakes I thought I might as well bolt on the snow tires , so I did. Then I gave my snowblower a tune up and oil change.
This is really weird for me as I'm usually installing my snow tires in about a foot of snow.... :eek4:

Just have to order 3 bush cord of firewood and winterize the travel trailer and I'm all set for winter! :crying:
