Saw this photo from the 1970's and I think there's a 1970 Challenger getting gas!  Looks like the gas lines are back (like the 1970's) and New York and New Jersey have gone back to the days of Odd / Even rationing (based on your license plate).   Man I feel for you guys on the east coast.... hope it gets better soon.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

I love the guy in line with his lawnmower.  I started driving in 79 and remember the odd even policy but don't recall the long lines like that.

I remeber sitting in the gas lines around 73/74(I think)my parents had a 69 GTO vert 4spd.

My parents’ owned a gas stations during that time, and yes there where lines, they had a limited amount of fuel to sell each day.  We would run through that quota in just a few hours.
One good thing about them owning a gas station was that we never had to wait in line.
