Alternator guage post corrosion?

Was pulling my dash out yesterday and when I was removing the leads on the alt guage, I twisted off one of the terminal studs. I havent had a chance to look at it more closely, can the stud be replaced or is the guage scrap?

the stud can be replaced But not easily , the stud is swedged into place
