Looks a little different than the few I have seen.
I recall it being a solid plug with no black or rubber on the top.

The antenna delete plug I purchased on Ebay looks the one roddil had in his post but new.I drilled out the center hole and used a stainless steel phillips machine screw,antenna gasket,fender washer and locknut to attach.Also purchased a radio delete plate off Ebay.It has the grain texture.Would appear the builder took an regular radio bezel and filled in the openings.Looks good.Need some one to make a ribbed version.

The one I bought on ebay moons ago was all plastic. Chrome base, black center, and the very middle had a chrome "domed" thing that looked like a power antenna in the down position. It was all one piece and showed no mounting screws. I have no idea where it is right now, but I bought 2 of them.
