Friend looking to buy 1999 Dodge Dakota 4x4- need info

A buddy I work with is going to look at a 1999 Dodge Dakota 4x4 with a V-8.  Is there anything specific to look for?  I am aware of the issues with the ball joints.  The thing has about 150,000 miles.  Any help or insight would be appreciated.

they arent bad, 4.7s are decent motors, they are mostly notorious for little things, crank positioning sensor, tranny output shaft sensor, and rear diff sensor.  one of which are very expensive.
