I'm using Viper calipers on the front. The positives to me are better pad compound selection, It's a Mopar part, made for street driving. Are they better than stock? All I know is they don't fade like my stock ones did.

I got them from a friend that rebuilt a wrecked Viper. These were spares he had. Paid $250 I think for them.  There are a few Viper dismantlers on e-bay , viperpaul X2 builders are a couple that are always on there selling?

The Viper kits out there are front calipers only. They are not a complete Viper swap and they are not available for the rear. The front rotors can be either the mid 70s factory 11.75" or a later model aftermarket 14".

What the conversion will gain you is a few pounds off each front corner, better ability to modulate brake pressure at speed, and, Like Brads70 pointed out, a greater range of pad selection to better match your driving style.
