Organosol paint touchup on AAR

I have some unsightly spots on my organosol hood paint on my AAR.  It may have been oil or something that discolored it, the paint is still there, just faded looking in the spots.  I have tried several cleaning things, but no success, don't want to rub hard since it shines it if you do.  Anybody have any tips for a touchup on that?  Thanks.

If the paint is discolored too much you may need a respray but maybe try a special product like this-
