"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

The pieces with teeth are for the headliner.  The long curved pieces go  between the quarter and rear windows and hold the fabric down.  They're needed on a Challenger because a Cuda has the cardboard sail panels there, but the Chal has the fabric go down to the plastic panels.  The raised rectangular part of it is where the panel screws into it.  The other ones go higher in the same area and are for the Cuda headliner that will stop higher up.  Those long rods look too long to be headliner bows, so they're a mystery.
