Cozumel
« on: December 20, 2012 - 11:17:15 PM »
Cozumel is one of my favorite places to visit and I just arrived today for I think my 8th time to the island.  I like it because it is about 4 hour flight and the reef is spectactular!  The woman and I are going snorkeling tomorrow and probably lay by the pool.  I hear it is snowing in Michigan this evening . . . that's too bad.    :cooldancing:

Here is a view from my room showing our first sunset.   Looking forward to tomorrow.

Going home Christmas Eve to be with family and then headed for Napa Valley for the New Year!   Sweet!

Dang you!  :swear:  Get back here with the rest of us and take the cold like a man!

Really, wish I was you right now!   Have a good time!
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Come on guys go easy on him! ...it is tougher than you think, all that travelin' having to pick a brand of sunscreen, choosing which color of little unbrella drink you want to relax in the sun with.  :roflsmiley:

Looking forward to Carlisle already . . . Missed the car shows last year!   Went to Bora Bora instead.  lol

Food and drinks are included and this is a kid free zone!  We have our own pool on the roof with a private sunning place.   Sweet!   Ummmm. Room service!     :drunk:

This is the new Dreams Aura Cozumel . . .  Dreams just bought it summer 2012 and they have been doing improvements ever since.  Still need a few more but all in all . . . Working for me right now!  We are going into town tonight to do some shopping and have dinner at a nice restaurant that we go to ever time we visit.  FIgure if the world was going to end today, this is where we want to be!  lol.

As for drift diving . . . I am certified and actually got certified here in Cozumel!  I think I have logged 62 dives so far . . . . But I just got the woman interested in snorkeling as she doesn't swim.  So I think I'm going to just hang with her this trip and Snorkle.  Plus I left all my gear at home . . . . Except Snorkle mask and flippers for both of us!   lol.  Alittle over cast today but still warm!

Cool sounds nice and warm and ya gotta love the 80 degree water and just a side note my wife  didnt know how to swim ,so the next time I got her swim lessons at the Ymca and now she is actually a better diver than me she always has more air when we get on the boat .....but snorkeling is just abo0ut as good in some places on the island , :useless:
