8 3/4 gear swap

I have a couple of 8 3/4 rearends.  One is not a posi and the other is suppose to be a 5.86 or something in that range. The one in my car is 3.23 which I would like to raise to around 4.11.  Would it be difficult/expensive to replace the gears in one of these?

the ring & pinion need to be swapped out , the gears must be for the carrier you have so if you have a 742 or 489 the gears have to be for that carrier , gears are $350 or so & you will need to have them installed by a pro , generally around $200 + it is a good idea to replace the brgs at this tim eas well & they can run $150 or so
