Still raining, but I moved some stuff in the garage and took these photos.  Hope they're want you want, and if you need further just let me know.

The last picture is my 1971 340/TF727 BRAND NEW DUSTER.  Looking at the background of the photo, the car was probably 2-3 weeks old.  Hell of a hot-rod.

A couple small block engine details that are debated are....

Negative battery cable...painted or not? (look for paint under the battery cable connection at the head if cable isn't original)

Oil dipstick handle...blue, black or natural/unpainted(look closely for signs of paint)

Would you be able to make them bigger? It's hard to make out the detail in those small photos.

I'm not ttrying to be a pain just never had the chance tos ee a true survivor 74 that I could use a reference.

If that doesn't work I can shoot you an e-mail to send them too!

Dipstick looks like it was painted, but for sure the dipstick tube is painted.
There is no paint under the negative battery cable that I can see, and the cable was at one time replaced with a factory cable.
