    Does anyone know a good way to remove the door data tag without ruining it?
    I tried a heat gun but part of the tag is sticking to the paint.

    Nope, but make sure you take a good, clear picture of it, and Dave at ECS can make you a new one.  He has the technology!  (I assume you are talking about the door VIN sticker.)
