you can use the fact dist block as long as you have a dual m/c now which you should in 69.  You need to add the prop valve from summit etc so its adj  they say the fact prop was less than perfect anyways.  so just plumb it in after the fact dist block in the rear line and dial it in There is some great info at Mopar Action  Stop and Swap  talks about it pretty good
