Do you sell just the bolts that attach the back to the bottom via bracket/hinge?

Thanks Dave.  I really appreciate that.  I have scoured the internet looking for these special bolts, but cannot find them.  Even checked many sites that sell only fasteners and hardware.  I know I could substitute alternative bolts/collars, but would rather have the correct hardware (even though they're not visible once the seat hinge covers go on).
