What's an NOS 72-74 grille now a days?
« on: February 27, 2013 - 04:08:19 PM »
A while back, I bought an NOS grille for a cuda I had, but have since sold. Now we're building a house and moving stuff and I think I would rather have a little cash in hand than another thing to move in a few months.

The grille is unused, of course, and is even in the original mopar box.

I helped sell my brothers last year and was able to hold out for $1200 although I was told $900 to a $1000 was good

A member here just sold a repaired one for over 1800 bucks. A true NOS might fetch a couple grand.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

Maybe $1500 max.

I can't imagine spending $2k for a grille for a '72-'74.  For that kinda coin, you can do a '70 conversion for half the price.
'70 318-auto Chally 'vert
'71 383-auto 'Cuda 'vert (sold)

Yeah, but who would want a 70 ?    :stirpot:
