    The cuda is the only car I have ever owned that has the engine offset to one side. I gather it was done to create clearance around the
    steering box. 340 in a '73 model.
     
    I am wondering how this affects the weight balance of the car side to side ???

    Every v8 rear wheel drive car I have owned has the engine offset for steering box clearance. I would guess the weight of the driver would make up the difference somewhat?

    Haha...stop complaining.
    Any US sourced cars in Australia that are converted to right hand drive have the steering box jammed in on the tight side!!! :cheers:
