Update: Thanks everyone for your responses, I was put in contact with him on 3/12/13.  He didn't own the car in question, but his friend did.  It wasn't the same car though because the VIN was different.  Thanks again, this place is great!

Does anyone here know or heard of a Greg Nobbey (sp?) from near St. Louis, MO?  It has come to my attention that he owned my car in the early 1990's and I would like to get in touch with him to talk about the car.

Thanks for your response. Someone on Moparts put in touch with him. Turns out he didn't own the car in question, but his friend Keith Foy did. After talking with Keith, this isn't the same car, but one very similar with a different VIN. The time frames didn't add up either.
