Its clear to see where the industry is headed, go to any street rod show and see the large influx of modified muscle cars. The purist in the Mopar hobby today is a dying breed. Most of the rare cars have been restored so there isn't much growth there. Everyone is looking to improve their mopars for better comfort , handling , safety and reliablity ,thats where its at. .Keep up the great work , 

You hit the nail on the head...  tastefull mods  is MY mentality I always think when doing stuff "this is what Chrysler should have done)   I love watching other peoples builds...

No real progress on the cuda lately, except for ordering parts to finish mock up... I have another car that I am building for a customer... 1973 capri with a brand new 302 crate engine, t-5 trans, inglese fuel injection, air ride, electric master cylinder, electric power steering, plus every thing else that you can imagine that is electric....The guy should have just bought a new car because he would have had less money in it and would be able to sell it some day maybe.....You know the saying (the customer is always right)....It is fun to have the capri and cuda side  by side and see peoples reactions....Bret

......Well to be honest I myself did not take any photos of the capri (really didn't think it would add to my resume...) I know my customer took photos EVERY Friday so i'll get some from him. The capri is being painted right now so it will be back shortly....I am getting close to getting back on the cuda (have a new pile of parts to go on it)..Thinking about sending the gauge bezel out to redline to have it reworked .....hang with me Thanks

I'm seriously thinking of using the newer dash in my build (stock stuff is overpriced), I  would appreciate more pictures of that area.
In regards to running the exhaust through the frame, aren't you worried the piping will crack from motor flex?

Nah,,The newer engines don't move as much , plus the poly mount keep it in place also

And I have no problem with that, made plenty of modifications myself, just really not impressed with some of the poorly executed upgrades that are being marketed...  "Upgrades"? that because everyone wants to improve their car seem to be turning up on allot of cars because it's the new hot thing to do but once done it turns out you haven't gained what you thought you would...   

BTW these comments aren't pointed at this build, they are pointed are many parts being marketed through out the car hobby & especially to the
Mopar segment... Theres allot of high quality work done on this Cuda plenty I like, some I don't not my car, not my concern... Beautiful work..

This car is a testament to your skill as a fabricator and visionary. It is absolutely awesome! I bought the Sick Fish build book when I started on my Cuda just for reference pictures, insight and motivation. I really wish more builders did this, I would be buying every Mopar version out there. While most people do not have the time, money or skill themselves to accomplish a build like this, the motivation as to what could be done and how it would look is of immense value in itself. Point in case is your front valance, I have been contemplating exactly what you did for my car for some time and figured that I would address it when I finally get to the front end, looking at what you did confirm that this look is exactly what I am looking for. Too many people look at these types of cars in totality thinking "I don't have the money or skill for something like this" when in reality there are a wide variety of smaller issues that you can adopt and apply.

Not sure what your shop and staff consist of and for whatever it is worth, you guys are artists. Phenomenal work.

Thanks for all the comments....Shop and staff LOL...Actually I had a 30x60 garage but I am in the process of building a new 36x80 shop...As for staff it's just me and my 15 year old son and a bunch of really good friends.....I won't lie I got a bunch of the ideas from other posts and pictures.  I got a shop that has done crazy amounts of body work (every external body panel has been replaced  and modified as this project started as a $3000 field car)...As soon as my shop gets done I plan to get back on this car hot and heavy... These posts have helped me get re motivated (plus my customer has built up his funds again)...Yea Haw
