« on: July 02, 2012 - 08:48:13 PM »
Does any one know where I can get some connectors.  I need the ones that attach to the connectors that come out of the column.  any help is appreciated.

If you still have the plastic connectors you may be able to get new metal pins here:  http://www.repairconnector.com/categories/MISCELLANEOUS-REPAIR-CONNECTORS/MOPAR/

If not I believe that there are ignition switches and turn signals available with the correct pigtail connectors already installed.

Yes I own a 1972 Dodge Challenger Convertible T/A S/E with a 440 Six Pak. Can it get any more wrong?

No i don't have the plastic that"s what i need but on the harness side not the column side.  I'm using a painless kit and it reuses those stock connectors.  (Note to self next project Start with a lot more than with this one.)

AAAHHHH! Got It.  I thought of that after I posted.  If you have access to junkyards with vintage cars you may be in luck.  Many other Chrysler products from around that time used the same connectors (Full size cars, pickups etc)  I've scavenged harness connectors out of 70's vans that were identical to Challenger pieces.  I don't have a source for new ones unfortunately.  I wish I did, I'm in the process of redoing my whole dash harness currently.

I have a complete dash harness that is labeled 1970 Cuda. Ends you need look good. If you are interested in it I will sell it all for $25 plus shipping. If you need photos let me know. I also have 1 from a 72 Challenger with A/C, and a 3rd that I can't identify. Don't know if the ends are the same for all years of e-bodies?

Pictures...this harness is tagged as 70 Cuda. I do not know if that is correct.
