~2000 miles on a
fresh motor, turbos and drivetrain, the rest of the car has just under 81,000
miles. The motor was assembled by Larry McCoy at Automotion in Medford then
brought to certified AEM tuner John Reed at PSI in Portland Oregon. John is one
of the best & most respected AEM tuners around, if you've never heard of
John, google him. He dialed the car in with a very safe, conservative,
streetable tune making 464 uncorrected awhp @ 20psi. Turbos spool extremely
quickly to produce a VERY even powerband, it drives like a stock car until you
lay into it. The motor, fuel supply and drivetrain were built to handle big
power, larger turbos would easily put it at 600+ awhp.. The rest of the car is
in well above average shape as well, fresh paint about 6 years ago (high dollar
work). The interior is also in great shape, with the exception of a couple small
splits on the drivers seat. All power options work great, has the sunroof &
the A/C blows ice cold.

Looks just like one I almost bought a few years ago, right down to the BBS rims, but that one had been built by GT Pro and had a lot of issues. Of course, the car I did eventually purchase is also a blue 92 TT. You have good taste.

Wow, I just checked my old photos and that is the car I came this close to buying in ft. lauderdale 3 years ago. I took lots of pictures. It has a long history, but it sure was FAST. With the mods you listed it looks like you corrected the issues I mentioned.

I saw it on ebay down in Fl but missed out on it. I guy named Mark from Portland bought it and completely rebuilt it with the 19t's and the aem ems tune. It runs GREAT! I love it...I've had a couple of these cars and this has been the best one yet. Spools up quicker than I ever expected and runs just like stock but much faster!  I'm glad I got it after it was built right. I was told that the fellow in Fl. had over 40k in the car with GT Pro and it never did run right. Mark did a great job building it and the guy's at PSI in Portland did a great job on the mild tune.

Still love the old E-body Muscle...I'm afraid of getting in trouble with this car

I still have a few dozen pictures of the car, and a manifesto the then owner wrote describing his issues. Lots of leaks, and smoke so bad he could no longer drive it, despite what I remember was a total of about $60k he had in the car IIRC.
At one time he dyno'd the car at almost 600hp and GT Pro claimed it as a record for that setup.
I decided against it after my tuner nephew advised against it, and I found another very similar car, but closer to oem, just a few months later.
That Stealth has taken a few cross country trips between owners and tuners!
