I have a 70 challenger with a 528 hemi and 727 transmission and a 8- 3/4 rearend. I need a driveshaft for it found one on ebay but it came of a 70 challenger convertible with a 904 transmission and a 8- 3/4 rearend. Will this work on my car?
Thanks

Probably not. If you have a hemi in it for about $300. you can get a brand new one made that will fit right. Even the original ones were a bit short. The correct lenght is very important especially if you made any changes.

904 has a smaller slip yolk & is 4" shorter so the shaft will be too long

Got mine from Mancini, $400-$450 is probably what it will cost.
Everyone always says to check local driveline shops, price was higher when I did.
So shop around

I had one made up at a local driveshaft shop. If you have the front yoke that would save you a lot of money if you get it made up. That is about 1/3 the cost.
