Scammer warning: Innovative Auto Design

Great American Car Builders, General Lee cars.
Does anyone on the list know of anyone that was ripped off by this said company that is run by a gentleman named Darrin Cooper of Indiana ?
A friend of mine paid for a car over 18 months ago and never recieved the car to date.  Mr. Cooper keeps making excuse after excuse.

 I have a friend that bought a car from him and he wanted me to buy a car too. Good thing I didn't because it has been about 8 months and there is no car and how slow its going it will take 5 years to finish his general lee.
