I bought a set from this vendor a couple of years ago for something like $425 or so.  Prices have gone up since then!

I guess then question then becomes where did you get the glass for these and the mount hw?

Purchased a pair of these years ago from Glaziers:

Cut out the bar and ground the edges of the bar and these will work as a low cost alternative.

Here is another thread on the topic:

http://www.cuda-challenger.com/cc/index.php?topic=73845.0

I bought original brackets and bulbs on ebay and later got a used switch and wiring on ebay as well (about 10 years ago).  I believe the relay was over the counter from NAPA.

Here is a way you may go about doing it now:

Bulbs:  http://www.replacementlightbulbs.com/lamp4415_12v_35w.html

Classic Industries has a 20% discount code (MAD13) good through March:

Switch:  http://www.classicindustries.com/mopar/parts/electrical-wiring/switches-fuses/?q=cuda road lamp&p=1&sb=0  (Edit:  can't get the link to work - just type cuda road lamp in the search area on their website and you'll find it)

Brackets and Wiring:  http://www.classicindustries.com/mopar/parts/lighting/fog-lamps/?q=road lamp&p=1&sb=0

I think that's about it.

They are Mustang lamps with the crossbar removed, but they will work and fit as the originals do.

(housing, bezel & bulb are the same shape).

There is a difference between mid-60s/late-60s Mustang fogs as to where the stud comes out of the housing  - one is in the same location as 'Cuda, one type is off.

Technically, there are a bunch of small differences as well, right down to the type of rivet holding in the stud mount as well as the aforementioned Pentastar.

Wires for Mopar are black & blue, and the wires are separated as they come through the grommet.  Mustang lights are black, and more like lamp cord.

Bulb type is a #4415 sealed beam.   Either GE 4415, 4415A (amber) or Westinghouse 4415s are assembly line correct.  GE bulbs will have 'FOG' just above the 6 o'clock position.  Westinghouse will have the 'W' in the centre of the lens.

There are many 'NOS' bulbs in Chrysler boxes - they will work, but they're not correct.  They are made by Wagner and can be identified by a 'ts' logo at the centre of the lens (Tung-Sol)

For $100 and they're local?  You can't go wrong.
