added another Challenger to the mix (1972)
« on: April 04, 2013 - 02:51:58 AM »
picked up this 72 Challenger over the weekend..
another pretty solid az car,  its been sitting for about 10 yrs but got it
running in a day. 318 2v car, slapstick auto.
It still has these acrylic clear headlight lens covers on it from the 80s..
(which are getting pretty faded) It has a set of dish mags no it at the moment
but think Im going to put those on a Maverick Grabber I have and put something
else on it for now. Probably repaint the roof for now and drive it around for a while.

Nice score, looks pretty solid!
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

would make an awesome daily driver if the engine is running.  kinda got me thinking about my daily car.  i have a saturn, which has proven to be very reliable comfortable car.  but recently my daily commute went from about an hour round trip down to less than 20.  no longer need the creature comforts or gas mileage as much.  something like this would now be perfect for me
