bought with the body about as you see it. Around 7 yrs. ago. With a 340 done up,4 speed,3;91's lot's of bells/whistles. 15K$ at the top of the bubble. It's all i could afford. Didn't know much then, And found CC.c afterwards. Too bad, I shoulda' bought a different car, But ended up here...
RMS alerkation, Street lynx 4 link, Baer brakes,5 speed, new RH r frame rail, RH r floor patch. trunk drop offs. Lot's of work, It's a way of life now. Full shop. Did a black 69 dodge charger (quarters,lead, the whole deal... and 75 duster (twice) getting ready for this. And now it's begun. I was prepared for: Now get ready...

both door skins
both fenders
and both valances... some inner rocker stuff, scabs on both outer wheelhouses until...
today when i found out it was roof skin and drip edge too... I'm still choking it down...
I knew it was skinned and the doors bumped out. The fools had just pop riveted them on, I pulled the one off like a zipper. Maybe 2 hrs. Kinda' weird. back when this was done they didn't have AMD. so I count my blessings. And get ready to place a big order.
At this time it's hard to think straight. sure, Glass, interior, dash, roll bar, new frame connectors, shave and re-du the engine bay, shave markers, maybe handles. all new wiring throughout. I knew it was all coming... am i starting to foam at the mouth? My head hurts. gonna need sum therapy. got good spot weld cutters though... Bet i strip that roof off in a couple of days. pissed. depressed. excited. perpetually broke. the war has begun. rust is dead.
so... (ill post up all the pix u want) with one quarter off... can I do both quarters and the roof at the same time? Car is on wheels.
oh whatever... I'll be in the restoration section....
