not able to register

There's a post on Moparts about a guy who can't get registered over here.  He gets a message that says he is "banned" but has never been here before.

I just looked at the members awaiting approval list and there are nearly 40. All but one look like spammers. PM me with the user name he wishes to use and let me know when he applies and I will get it done. Also, if there are others in that same situation that you know of, just let me know and it will get handled. Thanks for helping him out....
