383 timing ?

70 Cuda,  HP 383, 600 Eldebrock, 4-speed

What should it be timed at and with electronic ignition should the vacuum advance be hooked up ?

generally they run best with 12-16* initial timing & 34-36 * total timing above the curve & no vacuum advance

Thanks !  Those are the numbers I suspected, but wanted to make sure.
