Hi Folks,
I'm building my dash out of the car but cannot figure out how the dash light panel mounts. Any information gratefully appreciated.

Put your guages in and then it mounts above them. There are 3 screws that hold it to the frame on the inside, then 3 more screws which go into the pad. Once you line it up on the inside you will see how it mounts.
