Bummer is the Poly Locs were sold as the solution to needing a solid mount, but soft ride.
So looks like buyers were misled?
72 Cuda, owned 25 years. 496, with ported Stage VI heads, .625 in solid roller, 254/258 at .050, 3500 stall, 3.91 rear. 850 Holley DP, Reverse manual valve body.

1999 Trans Am, LS1, heads, cam, headers, stall, etc! Love to surprise the rice rockets with this one. They seem so confident, then it's "what the heck just happened?"

I will probably fabricate a jumper strap from the engine block ear down the the cross bolt for the mount , completely hidden & unbreakable , I have done this on 2 cars & should have done mine also

i thought about getting creative but its all installed/driveable and need something that bolts right in...just bought the schmacher unit online to fix the problem,,,the clocks ticking on the up coming shows that i plan on attending,work keeps getting in the way,,,,

working for the man is WAY over rated,,but thats the world we live in,,,

I usually put the torque strap at the back of the engine, under the mater cylinder.
