NZ, Buying a FORD (Daily Driver)

I do like both of those cars esp. the shaker one... why dont they sell those in the U.S.?

The shaker car looks good, but, I just can't get past the headlights on NZs version....  And, I have no idea why we can't get cars like that here. :newsad:

Yeah Dads car is awesome and has a lot of toe. Holden have some awesome cars but they use Chev engines.

Australia has always been makers of big grunty cars.

DC should fellow suit and watch how the Aussies are doing there buisness.

Oh, in other words you guys also have the "Built Ford tuff with Chevy stuff" huh? I've heard of this stateside with streetrods etc., but not with new or newer used cars, this can't be factory or dealer built can it? Didn't you say Holden was Ford motors? NZ, you got me confused here son, not that is overy too difficult,lol.  :dontknow:

Holden is Australian made. Since about 1999/2000 Holden have been using Chev Genration 3 engines and they are pretty good.

Ford Australia is a totally different ball park to Ford America. So I wasn't overally concerend when purchasing this Ford being built by our cousins over the ditch. The car runs well, strong and reliable a little thirsty butu being V8 I knew that before hand.

Holden was NEVER an option being Chev I would rather walk.  :laughing:

Not quite, totally different shape, the Monaro is HEAPS better looking.
