Floor braces needed
« on: April 26, 2013 - 06:07:37 PM »
I was going to make these brackets that were chopped out of my car for roll bar clearance.  Just thought I would throw it out there if anyone has a shell they could cut them out of.  They attach to the floor and brace against the area in front of the rear windows, under the seat.  Also need the small "L" brackets that the rear interior panels attach to.

thanks

As you can see, they butchered it.

Howdy,

I saw the post about the floor reinforcements - I was just going to mention that I'm fairly certain AMD pops those (I'm sure others too).  Of course, they're not for everyone, but just throwing it out there in case it makes life easier.

I couldn't figure out which "L" brackets you were talking about from the pictures?  Are you talking about the lower window channel hardware that the window guides bolt to?

Well, good luck on the project and have fun!
