Odometer gear problem...
« on: May 01, 2013 - 09:33:25 AM »
Hi guys,
My odometer gear, in the speedometer, is broken (or bent). It's a white vinyl part and I hear I need to change the entire speedometer. Is this right? Is there no fix to this?
My odometer counter now does not move and there is a constant "click" in the speedometer needle as the odometer gear skips.

If I need a new speedometer, where can I get one?

Thanks

All I found was that Topcat was looking for a worn gear.
Does anyone know if that gear can be bought seperately? Where?
Or do I have to find a complete new speedo?
This gear looks like a corkscrew.
