Ok thanks that is what I was going to do if I couldnt find anyone else that had one.   Thought I would try to find someone w/ one laying around from an old project or something.

If you DO wish to buy used, be sure to find the proper 1971 style.  has a smaller license plate opening area than 1970s.

We bought a set of Gean Gregory's bumpers after our Cuda got hit.  There is a lot of prep work that is needed before bolting them on your car.  Each came in its own box--one wrapped in bubble wrap, one not.  The staples in the box scratched the unwrapped one up all over.  They have mold release on them that needs to be sanded, plus lots of bubbles and surface imperfections that need to be filled.  We needed a "70 style, so he just rough cuts the bottom of a '71 style so it it (not so) closely aligns with the valence opening. That area needed cutting, filing, and sanding to make it look nice, but a '71 style will be easier.. The rear bumper needed some sledge hammer and a board (and some jumping on) to get it it to perfectly fit the rear panel.
After getting the shape right, I epoxy primed them on the recommendation of  the paint shop except I learned after the fact that I needed flex agent in the paint.  The bumpers got little hairline cracks in the paint at the ends where the rubber is thin.  Those areas needed more work to get right again.  So, be sure to do you homework on flexible primers. 
Anyway, if you get his bumper and do the prep work work, it will look great on your car.
