Alignment Question

ok, got the front suspension rebuild done on my cuda (finally).

I have the front end height where I want it but need to drop the rearend down to match (need to pull the springs and have them de-arched).

Does it make sense to do the alignment now, or will droping the rear alter the alignment.
 
I know it needs to be done, but not sure when I will get to it and would like to drive the car untill i have time to drop the springs.

SO do it now or wait?

It will change the castor when you drop the rear end down. How much are you wanting to drop the rear end? Maybe temporarily use lowering blocks till you get a chance to get the rear springs sorted?

The rear needs to come down about 4 inches. 

I will just have to bite the bullet and wait, no sense in doing the alignement twice.

Set the front end up yourself as it sits. You can get it very close at home. Search this sight for the procedure. You will know when you have it close and as long as you don't drive it 10,000 miles you should not hurt the tires. Then, when you are ready, take it to a good shop that understands how to work on old mopars.

Thanks guys.

I am using the Moog offset busings, so I am hopefull I can get enough caster now, and then max it out when I drop the rear.

I can not wait to take it for a drive with the new front suspension.
