Proper Start to Rust Repair

Here is how major rust repair should start. The car has been stripped and primed 100% and is now welded directly to a frame table. Now you can check all the measurements against the factory specs before you start removing anything.

I don't see a lot of rust on that one...

Yea...that's one of the better ones :smilielol: Texas car originally I believe.
If you check out the link above you can see some more detailed pictures.
Basically full PS 1/4 due to accident damage. Lower DS 1/4 due to rust.
Trunk floor, two trunk extentions (rust)
Rear window filler panel (rust)
At least one inner appron, accident damage.
